We have a really nice USPS and they are literally just down the street from the warehouse. This allows us to package and send out all day long and if your order is received by 3:00CST chances are pretty good it will go out the same day.  We utilize PRIORITY MAIL as much as possible but if you absolutely positively need it by a specific date, choose EXPRESS MAIL. We automatically waive signature requirement.  Let us know if this is unacceptable as this will increase shipping cost.

If you are in a battle with the USPS and FedEx and UPS are your only options we can work with you but call with your order.  They are not as convenient,  we make one trip per day to their location and that is at the end of the day. If you need an immediate guaranteed overnight shipment via FedEx or UPS, there is a $5.00 surcharge added.

Ground Shipments:

Our deviation off shipping is for large (heavy) orders.  There is a flat rate of $50 for large orders and will ship by most cost effective/time period Ground Service (USPS, UPS, FedEx).  If there is a shipping refund this will be sent to you.  If your package exceeds $50 we will notify you and we can work something out.  Every problem has an acceptable solution.

USPS International Priority or International First Class are the only options.  If you are wanting ALOT of items and it will be heavy, send us a message so we can work something out with you.  Again....problem....solution.

Shipping is HOW MUCH???!!!

We ship by weight and remember....we don't set the rates. If we buy anything we are subject to shipping costs just like everyone else. Unfortunately we don't have the same flat rate shipping in place like some of the bigger online companies and we can't offer free shipping because we would soon be broke.  We aren't making a ton of money here but we would like to keep our dogs and cats fed.

Feeling your pain....if something can go Priority Flat Rate (small medium, large) we make every attempt to adjust your shipping rate on our end and refund any significant shipping overage

Yes if you have a confirmed address.
